Christmas Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. fresh cranberries
1 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped apples
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 small boxes strawberry jello
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Boil cranberries, sugar and water for 10 minutes.
Stir in 2 boxes of jello while mixture is hot.
To this add nuts, apples and celery.
Pour mixture into glass or Tupperware dish and chill until set firm.
Before serving, top with sour cream.
