Colorful Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mixed colored rotini
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry parsley
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cucumber, seeded, peeled and chopped
    2 carrots, sliced in circles
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 jar pimentos
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Cook rotini; drain.
    Rinse in cold water; drain.
    Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, spices and mustard.
    Mix well with rotini.
    Add onion, tomato, cucumber, carrots and pimentos.
    Toss and mix well.
    Chill.
