Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix until crumbly.
Press half of mixture in greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Place rhubarb on top of crust.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla in a saucepan and cook until thick and clear.
Pour over rhubarb and top with the remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
