Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    1/4 c. orange juice
    4 eggs
    2 or 3 apples
    cinnamon and sugar
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples.
    Mix remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour 1/2 batter into ungreased tube pan.
    Place sliced apples on top of batter.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste.
    Pour remaining batter in tube pan.
    Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (Toothpick test to check if done.)
