Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 lb. \"light\" sausage
    2 c. hash browns, thawed
    1 to 2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spray the 16-inch pizza pan with Pam before placing the crescent rolls on as the crust, remembering to make a ridge all around the edge of the pan.
    If using a smaller pizza pan, 1 can of crescent rolls may be enough to form the crust.
    Brown sausage and drain on paper towels.
    Layer sausage, hash browns and Cheddar cheese.
    Mix beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over the rest and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
