3 Tbsp. anchovie paste
3 Tbsp. chives
3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped very fine
4 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
