Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded (reserve 1/2 c.)
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix cheese, spinach, egg and seasonings.
    Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Layer 1/2 cup of sauce, 1/3 of noodles and half of cheese mixture. Repeat.
    Top with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour water around edge.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
