Doris' Pineapple Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. (3/4 stick) butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    8 slices toasted bread, cubed
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Toast bread and cut into cubes.
    Beat eggs.
    Blend sugar and butter together.
    Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
    Mix together creamed ingredients, bread cubes and pineapple with juice and put into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Serve with ham.
