Pineapple Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
