Mexican Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine confectioners sugar, butter, vanilla, flour and pecans in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until light brown.
    Roll hot cookies in additional confectioners sugar.
    Yield: 2 dozen.
