Granny'S Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust (unbaked)
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add the sugar and flour; mix well.
    Add the butter, milk and vanilla extract; mix well.
    Set aside.
    Wash beaters.
    Beat egg whites in a separate bowl; fold into first mixture.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
