Sauteed Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. skinless chicken
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. green grapes
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
Cut the chicken breasts crosswise into 1/2 inch wide strips. In a small bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
Toss the chicken strips in the seasoned flour to coat lightly.
    Set the chicken aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter in the oil over medium heat until hot.
Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until the chicken just begins to brown, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the grapes, chicken broth, cream and wine.
Let mixture come to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
Cover and simmer, stirring often, until chicken is cooked through and the grapes are slightly softened, 3 to 4 minutes.
