Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-4 slices stale bread, cut into cubes
    2 c. cubed, cooked ham, 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained, or 1 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    8-10 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease or spray a 9x13 inch baking dish.
    Toss bread cubes into bottom.
    Combine meat, eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.
    Pour over bread.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serves 10-12.
