Stuffed Clams(24 Shells) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans (8 oz.) Snow's minced clams, drained (save juice)
24 clam shells
1/2 bag cubed bread stuffing (4 c.)
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. melted butter
additional butter
Preparation

Divide clams evenly in bottom of shells.
Mix next 4 ingredients and juice.
Cover clams in shells with crumb mixture. Top with additional small pats of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
After first 15 minutes, sprinkle with Sauterne, if desired.
Bake remaining 5 minutes.
