Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. canned tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook cabbage until tender, drain and then carefully separate leaves from stem.
    Combine meat, onions, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    On each cabbage leaf, place several spoons of the mixture.
    Secure with a toothpick and place in a casserole dish. Mix tomato sauce and water; pour over rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until rice is done.
