Layered Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, broken into bite-size
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas, lightly cooked, drained and cooled
    1 pt. low calorie salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    low calorie Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled (optional)
Preparation
    Layer the lettuce, green onions, pepper, celery and peas in a large salad bowl.
    Spread salad dressing over peas.
    Sprinkle sugar over salad dressing.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top of salad dressing.
    Sprinkle bacon over cheese.
