Steamed Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 fat-trimmed pork chops
    1 medium can green beans
    1 1/2 c. new potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil in a large, heavy skillet with tight fitting lid.
    Drain off excess oil.
    Add beans with liquid; layer potatoes, then onion.
    Add salt and pepper to your taste.
    Cook slowly, covered.
    When water is gone, potatoes and chops should be done.
    Serves four.
