Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding or butter pecan pudding
milk (to fill freezer)
Preparation

Brown the pecans in 2 tablespoons of butter; cool.
Beat eggs; gradually add sugar.
Add condensed milk and instant pudding.
Add nuts and milk to fill freezer (for a 1-gallon freezer of ice cream).
