Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled small red potatoes, quartered
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place potatoes in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brown and tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add cooked potatoes.
    Mix lightly.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Yield: 6 servings.
