Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 stick margarine
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. milk
    1 banana, mashed
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and margarine. Add egg. Add flour alternately with milk. Add banana. Fold in raisins which have been coated with a little flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
