Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
    1 cup of cake flour
    1/4 cup of cocoa
    10 egg whites
    1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1 cup of sugar
Preparation
    Sift together sugars, flour and cocoa. Set aside. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form. Add sugar a little at a time beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in flour mixture. Spoon into an ungreased angel food cake pan. Remove air pockets by running a knife through it. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
