Baked Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/4 c. cooked, crumbled bacon
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Remove stem ends from tomatoes.
    Remove pulp from each tomato, leaving shell.
    Mash tomato pulp.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Fill tomato shell with mixture; place in ungreased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley or additional bacon crumbs.
