Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 med. head cauliflower
    5 green onions, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green olives, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower into flowerettes.
    Combine cauliflower, green onions, celery, olives and green peppers in a large bowl. Set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over vegetables and toss gently.
    Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.
