Corn Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten thick
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. corn (fresh grated, canned, frozen or cooked)
    2 egg whites
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in flour.
    Add milk gradually, stirring. Bring to a boil.
    Add corn and egg yolks.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook 10 minutes or longer.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Spoon into buttered baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
