Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cheese and 3 tablespoons of the pineapple juice together.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour pineapple mixture into bottom of dish.
Crush the sleeve of Ritz crackers.
Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs until wet.
Spread over pineapple mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
