Franks 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 frankfurters
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown franks in butter in skillet, adding onion the last few minutes.
    Saute until onion is tender; add water.
    Bring to a boil; stir in salt and rice.
    Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in catsup and vinegar.
    Makes 4 servings.
