Cheese Cake(Crock-Pot Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain converted rice
    3 c. pared and grated carrots
    2 c. grated sharp process cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
    Pour into greased crock-pot.
    Cover.
    Cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours or on high setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings (about 2 quarts).
    Double recipe for 5-quart crock-pot.
