Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. molasses
3/4 c. hot water
sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

Sift flour with spices and salt.
Beat butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
At low speed, beat in molasses and hot water.
Add flour mixture. Beat until smooth.
Pour into well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
