Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter (3 sticks)
1 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. flour
approximately 1 c. finely chopped pecans
approximately 1 c. thick raspberry jam
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Separate yolk from egg white (discard white).
Add yolk, vanilla, salt and flour.
Mix well. Shape into balls.
Roll in pecans.
