Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
7 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. pepper
American cheese
bacon bits
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat.
Add cream of mushroom soup and mix well.
In a greased casserole dish place a layer of potatoes.
Top with sauce, and then a layer of onions.
Sprinkle lightly with bacon bits.
Top with a layer of American cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
