Gingered Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 gingersnaps, crushed
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (16 oz.) cans peach slices in extra light syrup, drained
    1 1/3 c. vanilla ice milk
Preparation
    Combine crushed gingersnaps and next 2 ingredients.
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles corn meal.
    Arrange peaches in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle gingersnap mixture over peaches.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice milk.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
