Microwave Fudge(Servings: 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar, cocoa and milk with butter in glass bowl for 2 minutes on High.
    Remove from microwave.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Freeze for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour.
