Jean Harshaw'S White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. butter
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water with dash of sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix hot water, butter and sugar.
    Cool\tuntil lukewarm, add yeast.
    Add 3 cups flour, beat well and
    add 3 cups flour; knead well.
    May have to add more flour.\tDon't
    add
    too much as
    to make
    dough
    stiff.
    Cover and let\trise
    until
    dough doubles. Punch down and let rise again.
    Shape
    in loaves and place in well-greased pans.\tLet rise to double in size.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
