Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/2 large box Velveeta cheese (1 lb.)
    1 (8 oz.) jar mild salsa picante
Preparation
    Cut cheese into cubes.
    Add salsa.
    Microwave for 5 minutes until melted.
    Brown beef and mix with cheese and salsa mixture. Place in serving dish with nacho or tortilla chips on side.
