Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Soften\tbread
    pieces
    in
    the\tmilk.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Place
    in loaf pan.
    Spread 3 tablespoons catsup over the top before baking at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
