Gumbo Pork Chops(The Working Family) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick cut pork chops
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown and season pork chops in a skillet.
    Pour soup over pork chops (do not add water) and simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour. Cook rice according to package directions.
    Serve pork chops and gravy over rice.
    Serves 4.
