Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sirloin tip or rump roast
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rinse roast.
    Place on foil.
    Salt and pepper both sides. Wrap in foil.
    Place wrapped roast in a deep dish or pan.
    Add water to dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
