Mushroom Soup Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 pork chops
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Trim fat.
    Beat with tenderizer.
    Dip pork in egg and bread crumbs.
    Fry until browned.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Add soup and water in a dish and place the pork chops in the dish; cover the soup.
    This will make a nice gravy.
    Bake at least 20 minutes or until the soup is as dark as you want it.
