Candied Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Red Delicious apples
    1/2 box brown sugar
    1/2 to 1/3 stick margarine
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Quarter the 5 apples into a large pot.
    Rinse apples in the pot, draining the water off.
    Add brown sugar and margarine.
    Add cinnamon to taste.
    Cover pot and cook on medium heat until steam starts to escape.
    Turn heat to low or simmer and cook about 20 minutes.
