thin pie crust to fit 5-inch pie plate
1 tsp. plain gelatin
1 c. berries
saccharin or Sucaryl to taste
cinnamon or lemon juice to taste
Preparation

Roll out very thin the pie crust and line a 5-inch pie plate. Bake.
Heat the berries over a moderate flame.
Place gelatin in a bowl and add a little water to soften.
Add the hot berries and saccharin or Sucaryl to taste, if desired.
Mix well and pour into baked pie crust.
When cool, place in refrigerator until time to serve.
