Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 large onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 to 2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
Preparation
    Saute onions and margarine until onions are clear.
    Add soup and Ro-Tel and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, bell pepper and shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink and curls.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Serve over rice.
