Ingredients

3/4 c. buckwheat flour
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar. In another bowl, combine the egg, buttermilk and sour cream. Combine all liquid ingredients and dry ingredients.
Stir with whisk.
Stir in butter until smooth.
Add blueberries.
