Pineapple Jalapeno Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Process all ingredients briefly in food processor or mix as well as you can.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Serve as an appetizer with baked tortilla chips or as a relish. This is a pretty yellow and bright green salsa.
Yields 4 servings (1/4 cup each).
