Chocolate Red Beet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 sq. baking chocolate, melted
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked beets, blended
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Prepare the
beets
and blend in blender until chopped. Stir sugar,
oil,
baking
chocolate
and three eggs together, then blend in
beets.
Add
flour,
salt
and soda; beat well. Bake in moderate
350\u00b0 oven in three layer pans.
Put together with Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting.
