Cream Of Broccoli Soup(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. basil (optional)
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    The broccoli should be washed, trimmed, broken into small pieces and placed in a medium saucepan.
    Add the remaining ingredients, except the milk, to the broccoli.
    Cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat; blend at high speed until pureed.
    Return mixture to saucepan.
    Stir in evaporated milk; heat to serving temperature.
    Do not boil.
    Yields four 1-cup servings with a fat content of 1 gram and 126 calories per serving.
