Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained (about 3/4 c.)
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. half and half
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) container crabmeat
1/4 tsp. tarragon and salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In bowl, toss cheese, spinach, pimento and onion with flour.
Add half and half, eggs, tarragon and salt, then crabmeat.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 20 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
Bake 15 minutes longer or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
