Wildly Delicious Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice mix
    2 1/3 c. water
    2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. packed spinach leaves, cut into thin strips
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Combine water and rice and seasoning packets.
    Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed (about 25 minutes). Transfer to a large bowl.
    Cover and chill. Add turkey, mushrooms, spinach and onions.
    Mix well. Blend wine, oil and seasonings.
    Add to turkey mixture and mix gently. Chill.
    Add tomatoes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
