Veal Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground veal
    4 medium onions, cut fine
    dash of thyme and sage
    salt and pepper
    5 to 6 slices bread, cubed
    1 egg
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1 can mushrooms (and liquid)
Preparation
    Shape into balls and brown in shortening or butter.
    Place in casserole. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can of water.
    Add a little flour.
    A little Kitchen Bouquet may be added.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
