Velveeta Salsa Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Preparation

In saucepan, stir together process cheese spread and salsa over low heat until process cheese spread is melted.
Stir in cilantro.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or broiled green, red or yellow pepper wedges, if desired.
Makes 3 cups.
