Stuffed Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
salad oil
salt and pepper
Romano cheese
artichokes
Preparation

Mix all of the above ingredients, except artichokes.
For every 2 artichokes, use 1 onion, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons oil and 2 cloves of garlic.
